Rewarding
every stage of the journey
How we reward our students
At The Performance Hub, celebrating progress is woven into the fabric of everything we do from the very first class through to professional opportunities. We understand that every child is motivated differently, so we’ve built multiple pathways for recognition that match their unique journey:
Our youngest dancers work toward weekly star charts and compete for ‘Star of the Week,’ building confidence through regular, visible wins.
As students progress, they can earn our annual achievement awards recognizing excellence across all genres, the ‘Most Progress’ award for dedication and improvement, and the prestigious ‘Jenkins Joy of Dance Award’ celebrating pure passion for performance.
For students with exceptional talent in a particular discipline, we offer partial or full scholarships to ensure financial circumstances never limit potential.
Leadership opportunities include appointment as Head or Deputy Head Girl, while our competitive dancers earn medals and trophies at regional, national, and international festivals.
For those with professional ambitions, we facilitate placements in pantomime and film productions through our agency connections.
Whether your child thrives on consistent weekly encouragement, annual accolades, competitive achievements, or real-world performance opportunities, we have a way to honour their hard work and keep them motivated at every stage of their dance journey.

Join us Today!
Dance should be joyful, and we believe that joy multiplies when it’s shared. At The Performance Hub, we’ve created an environment where children don’t just chase their own goals but genuinely celebrate each other’s victories. When one student earns their first medal, the whole team celebrates their success.
We make learning rewarding through immediate recognition and tangible milestones, but more importantly, we teach children that there’s profound satisfaction in watching your friends achieve their dreams alongside you.
When your child joins The Performance Hub they’re joining a community where effort is rewarded, progress is visible, and the greatest reward is often the pride you feel watching your friends succeed.
